⏱ Quanto tempo ci vuole per ricevere un ordine?

I tempi di spedizione variano in base alla destinazione. In Italia generalmente 3–5 giorni lavorativi, in Europa 5–10 giorni. Riceverai un'email con il tracking non appena il pacco viene spedito.

🎨 Posso richiedere una customizzazione?

Sì! Accettiamo richieste di customizzazione su giacche, t-shirt, album e altri capi o oggetti che ci porti tu. Contattaci prima dell'acquisto per discutere il progetto e i tempi.

⏳ Quanto tempo ci vuole per una custom?

I tempi dipendono dalla complessità del progetto. In media, una customizzazione richiede tra 1 e 2 settimane dalla conferma dell'ordine. Ti aggiorneremo durante tutto il processo.

👕 Posso portarvi io la giacca, la t-shirt o un album da customizzare?

Assolutamente sì! Puoi portarci il tuo capo o oggetto personale e lo dipingeremo a mano per te l'importante è che sia 100% cotone per giacche e tshirt. Contattaci per organizzare la consegna e discutere il progetto.

📏 La mia taglia non è disponibile sul sito. Cosa faccio?

Lavoriamo su drop limitati, quindi alcune taglie potrebbero esaurirsi rapidamente. Contattaci direttamente — in alcuni casi possiamo trovare una soluzione o avvisarti al prossimo drop.

🔥 Come funzionano i drop limitati?

Ogni drop è un'edizione limitata: una volta esauriti, i pezzi non vengono riprodotti. Seguici sui social per non perdere i prossimi rilasci.

🧴 Posso lavare in lavatrice i capi Kokoro?

Meglio a mano, ma è possibile anche in lavatrice: usa un programma delicato a 30°C con bassissima centrifuga per preservare i colori e la pittura nel tempo.

🎨 Can I request a customization?

Yes! We accept customization requests on jackets, t-shirts, albums, and other garments or items you bring to us. Contact us before purchasing to discuss the project and timeline.

It depends on the complexity of the project. On average, a customization takes between 1 and 2 weeks from order confirmation. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.

👕 Can I bring my own jacket, t-shirt, or album to be customized?

Absolutely! You can bring us your own garment or personal item and we'll hand-paint it for you. The important thing is that it's 100% cotton for jackets and t-shirts. Contact us to arrange the delivery and discuss the project.

📏 My size isn't available on the site. What should I do?

We work in limited drops, so some sizes may sell out quickly. Contact us directly — in some cases we can find a solution or notify you when the next drop goes live.

🔥 How do limited drops work?

Each drop is a limited edition: once sold out, pieces are never reproduced. Follow us on social media to stay updated on upcoming releases.

🧴 Can I machine wash Kokoro garments?

Hand washing is preferred, but machine washing is possible: use a delicate cycle at 30°C with a very low spin speed to preserve the colors and hand-painted artwork over time.
